Dedicated to the reduction of human suffering and elimination of
diseases, Jim Humble, inventor of Miracle Mineral Solution, will soon operate under the
auspices of a Foundation and trust that is implementing the action plan
for reducing or eliminating malaria and other killer diseases in the
nations of Africa and soon in other cities and countries as well.
More than 3 million children under age five die annually from
malaria after a short life of fever and pain. Malaria, however, is but
one of many killer diseases. Contributors to the Jim Humble Foundation
are assured that untold numbers of people will be relieved of suffering
and reclaimed from certain death even in Jim's initial African program
phase. The aim is to dispense and apply the MMS discovery to eliminate
sleeping sickness, malaria, TB, and HIV from cities and regions where
permissions can be obtained. The effectiveness of the detoxifying
process is well established, with over 3100,000 people already
participating in the blood and body cleansing process.
 The
foundation will began receiving funds in April, 2009. Contributors may

About 320,000 bottles of MMS have been shipped worldwide since early
2006. Some people not yet acquainted with MMS need to know that a
twenty dollar bottle lasts about one year because you mix and take MMS
a few drops at a time, typically morning and evening, mixing it with

Although chlorine dioxide gas has been a preferred germicidal agent
since 1947, it remained for Jim Humble to discover a way to package it
for safe and reliable internal use. Beginning in 1997 and following he
proved through experimental evidence that ClO2 taken internally would
circulate in the blood stream and that it would be attracted
specifically to virtually all known viruses, bacteria, fungi, candida,
most heavy metals, and more. Pathogens are ripped apart when ClO2 robs
4 or 5 electrons from their walls leaving fragmented remains that float
away for elimination. The immune system is boldly empowered with these
molecular bullets.
Lab tests demonstrate repeatedly that blood can be free of
malaria in 4 to 12 hours. Similarly, MMS devastates parasites in the
blood or intestines. Some viruses require longer periods of time. Some
diseases that take a little longer are TB, herpes, and fungi. Jim's two

Contributors to this Foundation will require evidence of how their
humanitarian funds are used. Whether required or not, the Foundation
will provide professional accounting statements to contributors related
to each initiative. Quarterly reports will document progress on
initiatives, grant applications, grant awards, successes, expenditure
summaries, and advisory board recommendations. Important news will be
visible on the Foundation web site, of course.
Since Jim Humble had extensive working relationships in Africa
between 2001 and 2006, his first initiative will be to train Foundation
consultants and "understudy staff" in the skills needed to travel to
remote villages, gain permissions, set up dispensary centers, train
local village persons to dispense Miracle Mineral Solution, keep records, and apply MMS
protocols appropriately as they apply to various diseases, and publish
reports. Grants from the Foundation will support persons who can devote
six months or more to the required travel and activities.
The first four months of the program will provide an
organizational template that can be repeated in cities or regions
wherever the MMS alternative is welcomed.
 People
sometimes wonder about the medical research papers that ought to
accompany any new health option that has such far-reaching
implications. In response Dr. Hesselink compiled numerous
bibliographies and descriptions that are of interest to clinic owners
and medical researchers. Jim published Volume Two of his book (see
above) in which an extensive bibliography was prepared by Dr.

basis for understanding the testing years (2001 to 2006) in which the
